An Irish Celebration  Chef’s Dinner-March 11, 2010

ONLY 2 Spots Left!!!

We’ve had a number of patrons ask us when we are doing a Chef’s Dinner at BWT and now we have a date. Our first one will held on Thursday, March 11 at 7p.m.  Executive Chef Mat McConahy (yes he’s Irish) will personally prepare a five-meal inspired by the following week’s St. Patrick’s Day holiday.   Each course will be paired with a different wine designed to compliment the individual cuisine.   Reservations will be limited to 16 guests.  The tentative menu is listed below.  Space is EXTREMELY limited and reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  The price of the event is $125 per person including tax and gratuity.   For more information or to reserve a spot at the dinner call Matt at 412-977-4268 or email at matt@eatbluewater.com.
